An Act of Spiritual Communion
My Jesus,
I believe that You are present
in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You
into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least into my heart.
I embrace You
as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me
to be separated from You.
Amen.
Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense
against the wickedness
and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him,
we humbly pray,
and do thou,
o Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan
and all the evil spirits
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.

The Psalm of the Resurrection
The Hope of Resurrection
Today, Dr. Gray reflects on Psalm 16 and the hope of the Resurrection found in it. God foretold of the Resurrection and in Christ this hope has been realized. Meditate on Jesus's Resurrection and the hope of our own by praying Psalm 16 today.
